Drive Unit Operation screen
Touching [Narrow-area Measurement] moves the detector
towards the narrow-area measurement starting position.
The detector is repositioned to the narrow-area measurement
starting position.
NOTE
• If the detector is repositioned after it is moved to the
narrow-area measurement starting position,
measurement with the short approach length cannot be
performed.
