Evaluation Profile screen
The evaluation profile is scrolled.
TIP
Display can also be scrolled vertically/h
orizontally by
touching the scroll bar area using the touch pen.
16.2.2 Analyzing the coordinate difference
You can specify two X-coordinate points of the evaluation profile to display the coordinate
difference between them.
The coordinate difference is the point where the evaluation profile and ruler 2 intersect
(P2) minus the point where the evaluation profile and ruler 1 intersect (P1).
There are 2 ways of specifying the X-coordinate: touching the evaluation profile and
entering the coordinate values.
IMPORTANT
When performing coordinate difference analysis, the screen will be displayed with
"Del.Wave" set to "OFF".

NOTE
When R-Motif or W-Motif is selected for a profile motif,
the coordinate difference cannot be analyzed.
Analyze Coordinate Difference screen
The rulers are displayed on the Analyze Coordinate Difference
screen.
The blue one is Ruler 1, the red one is Ruler 2.
When the X-coordinate is specified for the first time, ruler 1 is
selected.
(blue) is displayed on the selected ruler.
