7. MODIFICATION OF THE MEASUREMENT CONDITIONS AND EVALUATING CONDITIONS
Auto-start Setup screen
3 Touch on the Auto-start Setup screen.
Enter the start point position of the detector for performing the
automatic positioning.

"2.2.4 Entering numeric values/characters" (page 2-5).
Measurement Conditions Menu screen
¾ The setting of the auto-start function is displayed on the
Measurement Condition Menu screen.
7.5.7 Setting the auto-return function
After measurement, you can return the detector automatically to the measurement starting
position.
NOTE
• When the auto-return function is set OFF, the detector cannot be returned to the
measurement starting position automatically.
Enable or disable the auto-return (the operation automatically returning the detector to the
measurement starting position after the completion of measurement). When measurement is
started, (1) the main measurement is started. When the auto-return function is ON, (2) the
detector is returned from the main measurement completion position to the measurement starting
position.

• The auto-return function can also be set in the Drive Unit Operation screen. For
information about setting the auto-return in the Drive Unit Operation screen, refer to
