19.2.4 Attaching the units in combination
You can combine the 3 types of unit, automatic positioning unit, tilt adjustment unit, and
X-axis adjustment unit, and attach them to the simple column stand.
Attach the 3 types of unit in the following order from the simple column stand side; tilt
adjustment unit, X-axis adjustment unit, and automatic positioning unit.
NOTE
• When the units are used in combination, the straightness accuracy of the SJ-411/412
drive unit is reduced for approx. 0.2 μm (7.874 μin).
