7.3.9 Setting the Language Display
The following types of profile compensation are available.
Compensation name Description
OFF No data compensation is performed.
Parabolic compensation Applies a parabola for compensation.
Hyperbolic compensation Applies a hyperbola for compensation.
Elliptical compensation Applies an ellipse for compensation.
Circular compensation Applies a circle for compensation.
Conic compensation
Automatically selects and applies an appropriate profile for
compensation among the profiles including a parabola, a hyperbola,
an ellipse, and a circle.
Entire inclination Provides tilt compensation for the entire measured profile.
Desired inclination Provides tilt compensation for a desired portion of the measured
profile.
NOTE
• Compensate the preliminary shape according to the workpiece.
