5.5.3 Moving the automatic positioning unit manually
Move the automatic positioning unit manually to make the drive/detector unit repositioned
to the measurement starting position.
NOTE
• If the drive/detector unit is repositioned to the origin, then to the measurement starting
position, measurement with the short approcah length cannot be performed.

Touch the button according to the distance to reposition the
drive/detector unit.
The movement speed differs depending on the size of the button
you press. The detector moves fastest with the largest button. As
you touch the smaller buttons, the detector moves slower.
Touching raises the drive/detector unit.
Touching
lowers the drive/detector unit.
 The drive/detector unit moves for the duration you touch the
operation button.

Touch [Auto Set].
 The drive/detector unit is repositioned to the measurement
starting position.
