19.3 Cross-travel Table
The micrometer head is provided on the X-axis and Y-axis. As the center of the tilt
adjustment unit and the rotation center in the horizontal surface is the same, it is useful for
axis alignment.
The cross-travel table supports the DAT function of this product.
For information about the operation procedure, refer to "15.4 Adjustment using the
Cross-travel Table" (page 15-9).
19.4 Leveling Table
Careful, precision leveling task is necessary for performing roughness measurement. In
leveling of a measuring surface (X direction), adjustment can easily be made with the
micrometer head by performing preliminary measurement.
Micrometer head
The leveling table supports the DAT function of this product.
