SPC data can not be
outputted.
Data output is not set to
“SPC”.
Set the data output to “SPC”.
Refer to "13.4.1 Setting the data output to SPC" (page 13-7).
SPC cable connection
problem.
Connect the SPC cable properly.
Power to the Digimatic
Processor is off.
Turn on the Digimatic Processor.
When printout is started,
no printer paper is loaded
on the Digimatic
Processor.
Load the printer paper on the Digimatic Processor.
"Processing" is
displayed on the
external device
screen and warning
alarm keeps
sounding.
Poor connection of the
Digimatic Processor and
SJ-410.
Connect the SPC cable properly.
Inaccessible to
theSD card.
Data output is not set to
“Saving data”.
Set the data output to “Saving data”.
Refer to "13.4.2 Setting data output to save data" (page 13-8).
Data output is not set to
“Hard copy”.
Set the data output to “Hard copy”.
Refer to "13.4.3 Setting the data output to hard copy" (page 13-9).
Card is inserted or
removed while the SJ-410
is gaining access.
Inserting or removing card while the power is turned off.
File in the SD card has
been edited by PC.
SD card has not been
formatted for the SJ-410.
When using SD card for the first time, be sure to format for the SJ-410.
Refer to "13.12.3 Formatting the SD card" (page 13-31).
Do not edit file using PC or other device.
Unsupported SD card
(such as SD-XC card) is
used.
Use the SD card or SD-HC card.
