12.1 Outline of Statistical Measurement
Statistical measurement flow is shown in the figure below.
: General operations
: Operations that may be omitted
NOTE
When the statistical measurement is started, you cannot set the measurement
conditions. To modify the settings, you need to delete all the statistical data.
Load the saved statistical data to perform the statistical
measurement.
Loading the saved statistical data on the SD card
"12.7 Loading the Statistical Data" (page 12-13)
As same as the normal measurement operation, set the
measurement conditions as required.
Setting the measurement conditions
"12.3 Setting the Conditions for Statistical Measurement"
(page 12-4)
Up to three parameters can be set.
Setting the GO/NG judgment for the statistical measurement
"8.3.7 Setting the GO/N
Set GO/NG judgment on roughness for the statistical
measurement.
G judgment function" (page 8-20)
Pass rate is calculated based on GO/NG judgment.
Executing the measurement operation repeatedly
"12.4 Executing the Statistical Measurement" (page 12-6)
Measurement is performed as same as the normal
measurement operation.
Displaying the statistical measurement results based on the
calculation results
"12.5 Confirming the Statistical Results" ( page 12-7)
Execute the statistical measurement.
Mean value, standard deviation value, maximum value,
minimum value, and pass rate are displayed.
Displaying the statistical measurement results in a histogram
"12.5 Confirming the Statistical Results" ( page 12-7)
The frequency at each sampling length can be displayed in the
bar graph.
Printing the statistical measurement results
-> "12.6 Printing the Statistical Results" (page 12-9)
Sample data, statistical results, histogram, and statistical
conditions can be printed as required.
Saving the statistical measurement results
"12.8 Saving the Statistical Data" (page 12-16)
The statistical data can be saved on the SD card as required.
