19.2 Optional Unit of the Simple Column Stand
3 types of units are available for use with the simple column stand for improved operability.
The installation and connection methods for the 3 types of units are described below.
19.2.1 Automatic positioning unit
The automatic positioning unit is a very useful optional unit which enables automatic
positioning of the detector in the Z direction. Thus, manual positioning so that careful,
precision manual positioning becomes unnecessary.
For information about the operation procedure, refer to "5.5 Operation Method for the
Automatic Positioning Unit (Optional Accessory)" (page 5-12).
NOTE
• The automatic positioning unit can only be used for skidless measurement.
