12.5 Confirming the Statistical Results
You can confirm the statistical results by checking the statistical calculation results by each
measurement parameter or the list of calculation results.

Statistical Results screen
¾ The statistical calculation results are displayed by each
measurement parameter.
TIP
• "Pass Rate" indicates the rate of the results that are
judged as "GO" by the GO/NG judgment function in
each measurement. (Number of GO judgment/sample)
• "X" indicates the mean of the measurement results
obtained from each measurement.
• "σ" indicates the standard deviation of the
measurement results obtained from each
measurement.
• "Max."/"Min." indicates the maximum/minimum value of
the measurement results obtained from each
measurement.

2 Touch the parameter button to be confirmed.
¾ The background of the touched parameter button turns blue,
and the statistical calculation results are be displayed.
