¾ The Histogram screen appears.
TIP
• The Y-axis represents the number of statistical data,
and the X-axis represents the measurement result
values. On the Histogram screen, distribution of the
multiple measurement results can be confirmed.

• The upper and lower tolerance limits set by the GO/NG
judgment function are displayed in the histogram.

Limits]/
[Do not Display Upper/Lower Tolerance
LImits] to switch the upper/lower tolerance limits
display.
The printed results are the same as the switched state
as it is reflected to the print settings.
