7. MODIFICATION OF THE MEASUREMENT CONDITIONS AND EVALUATING CONDITIONS
■ Inputting drawing symbols
SJ-410 allows for easy setup of evaluating conditions accordingly to the inspection
conditions shown on the process drawings using symbols. For information about inputting,
refer to “
7.4 Measurement Condition Setup Using Drawing Symbols” (page )7-48 .
Evaluating Condition Menu screen (drawing symbols)
NOTE
• The entered drawing symbols are used for both evaluating condition A and B.
• Only 1 parameter can be used when setting evaluating condition with drawing symbols.
The number of parameters remains the same if the existing evaluating condition is set
with drawing symbols.
If a parameter other than the one already set for an existing evaluating condition is input
with drawing symbols, it will be added on the Evaluating Condition Setup Menu screen.
• When inputting drawing symbols, the unit of display for low-pass filter λs is in.
