NOTE
• A file name can have at most 8 characters. Refer to
"2.2.4 Entering numeric values/characters" (page 2-5).
• The file name or folder name cannot include lowercase
alphabets.

Measurement Result Save screen
¾ The measurement results are saved in the file which name is
entered in step 4.
If the measurement results are saved with the existing file
name, an error message appears. The File Name Input
screen appears again.
