In range, Out of range. Set the minimum and maximum value of
the range with TRIGger<m>:ETHernet:FRAMe:DMIN and
TRIGger<m>:ETHernet:FRAMe:DMAX.
*RST: EQUal
TRIGger<m>:ETHernet:FRAMe:DMAX <DestAddrPattMax>
Sets the end value of a destination address range, if TRIGger<m>:ETHernet:
FRAMe:DMAX is set to INRange or OORange.
