6.3.1 Building a GC/MS Method and Target Compound Library File
Collection of GC/MS data is controlled by the method. GC/MS methods are
generated or modified using the Method Editor. The Method Editor is covered in
detail in Chapter 11, Method Editor. The target compound library is built using the
Calibrate Function. The calibrate function is described in detail in Chapter 12,
Target Compound Methods.
