6d Uncap a new sample vial, tilt the vial, and transfer the sample from the sample
syringe, taking care to avoid aerating (bubbling) in the sample. Cap the sample
vial tightly. See Figure 13-7.

7 Label the vial with the appropriate information.
13.2.3 Loading the Wells
This section describes the procedure for loading a sample into the well of the HSS.
1 Open the top yellow cover of the HSS to expose the sample needle assembly
and metal heater block with four sample wells.
