The Long Autotune adjusts several additional parameters in the MS including the
emission current and focus and extractor voltages of the ionizer. The Long
Autotune is intended to be run when an ionizer has been replaced or the Short
Autotune cannot maintain system performance. The Long Autotune must be
invoked from the Manual Tune program.
NOTE: INFICON recommends the use of Short Autotune as the primary technique
for auto tuning from Manual Tune.
