3.6.8.14 Fast Power Calibration State (Remote Command Only)
To accelerate the calibration speed of MIMO OFDM signals, a new algorithm is
developed to estimate the power of each channel by measuring the combined
power of these channels. This parameter turns on the Fast Power Calibration
calculation.

When it is On, result index 38 returns the channel power values. The channel number is decided by
MIMO Tx Channel. All the other EVM results are meaningless;
When it is Off, Result index 38 returns -999.0. All the other EVM results are meaningful
