The LO Dither key is turned Off and grayed out when IFBW <= 255M. If the user pressed the grayed-
out key, then a warning message “Feature only available with the H1G path” is shown
If the user tries to set LO Dither to ON via SCPI, a message -221,"Settings conflict; Feature only
available with the H1G path" is returned
