comma-separated scalar values (in dBc or dBc/Hz) of the integrated power relative
to the carrier at the segment frequencies
When "Measurement Type" on page 632 is Spectrum Peak Ref, returns 30 comma-
separated scalar values (in dB) of the peak power relative to the carrier at the
segment frequencies
k is an index for each offset: k = 0 for offset A; k = 1 for offset B; k = 2 for offset C, etc.
The number of offsets is 14 (A-N).
