3.7 WLAN MIMO Modulation Analysis Measurement
For the TB signal with more than one active RUs, RU Allocation Detection should be
set to manual. Otherwise, the measurement results might not be accurate.

Edit RU Allocation
This function is available for 802.11ax.
RU allocation can be auto-detected for most cases. For a Trigger-Based signal with
multi active RU, auto detection may not work; so it is necessary to manually
configure RU allocation in the Edit RU Allocation dialog.
Edit RU allocation is a dialog which is designed to set RU allocation parameters, like
RU arrangement, RU settings, and user settings.
"RU Allocation Index" on page 1256: You can set the RU allocation index for the
each 20MHz sub band; this will determine the RU allocation, including RU Size and
User Number, of each RU.
"RU Size" on page 1256: Apart from RU Allocation Index, you can also set RU size
directly.
"RU State" on page 1258: You can set the state of each RU to On or Off.
"Tx Chain Number of Each RU" on page 1259: You can set the TX chain number of
each RU.
"User Number of Each RU" on page 1259: Apart from the RU Allocation Index, you
can also set the user number of each RU directly.
"User MCS" on page 1260: Modulation and Coding Schemas range from 0 to 13.
Modulation Format can be determined by MCS.
"Spatial Stream Number of Each User" on page 1260: Spacial Stream Number of
each user.
"Channel Coding Mode of Each User" on page 1260: Channel coding mode of each
user.
"DCM of Each User " on page 1261: DCM state of each user.
