Relative Constellation Error in trigger-based PPDU power <= max power of MCS7
This parameter is available when Radio Std is 802.11ax/be.
Specifies RMS EVM limits in a list of 18/15 elements for an HE/EHT trigger-based
PPDU when its transmit power is less than or equal to the maximum power of MCS7
(dB).
