The magnitude vectors are listed in order of channels

For the 20 MHz BW signals, each channel’s magnitude ratio vector contains 64 values;

power of all channels on that subcarrier is 1. For example, for a 2x2 MIMO signal, if r1 represents the channel
1 magnitude ratio in a subcarrier, r2 represents the channel 2 magnitude ratio in the same subcarrier, then
r1 * r1 + r2 * r2 = 1.0
