■ Desired tilt compensation
To perform the tilt compensation for a desired portion, determine the portion to be used as
the reference of the compensation (reference portion) by entering the values of P1 and P2.
If tilt compensation is performed in this state, a measured profile is compensated so that
the two datum segments become horizontal.

To perform the tilt compensation for two desired portions, determine the portions to be
used as the reference of the compensation (reference portions) by entering the values of
P1, P2, P3, and P4. When the tilt compensation is performed with this setting, the
measured profile is corrected to maintain the reference portions horizontal.
