■ Stylus Alarm
Stylus alarm appears when the result of cumulative distance measurement exceeds the
set threshold.
TIP
• For information about the stylus alarm function, refer to "6.6 Setting the Stylus Alarm"
(page 6-19).
■ Name of the file to load
When condition or measurement files are loaded, the name of the loaded file is displayed.
NOTE
• If measurement/evaluating conditions are changed after the file is loaded, file names
and calculation results will be cleared. Measuring range is determined when the
measurement starts.
■ Displaying the narrow-area measurement
When the detector is moved to the origin, measurement can be performed with the
approach length of 0.15 mm (0.005 in). When measurement with the approach length of
0.15 mm (0.005 in) can be performed,
is indicated on the top of the screen.
IMPORTANT
• To perform measurement with the approach length of 0.15 mm (0.005 in), you must
move the detector to the origin each time before starting measurement.
