• The slice level is displayed in blue, and the valley depth level is displayed in red.
• At the first display of the Analyze Concave Step screen after measurement, the ruler
is displayed on the mean line.
•
To perform the concave step analysis under the Evaluating Conditions B, select the
evaluation profile by touching
[Switch Profile] on the Analyze Step Size screen.
• In case of entering the numerical values on the Analyze Step Size screen, make a
setting so that slice level ≧ valley depth level.
■ Specifying by touching the evaluation profile (Refer to 16.1 "■ Accessing the Analyze Waveform screen".)
