16.9 The Number Plan Screen
Number plans are used by the system to identify specific types of phone numbers dialed by a user,
and to process the number before transmission by deleting, replacing or adding digits according to
the relevant rule. Click VoIP > Number Plan. The following screen displays.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Name Enter the name of the number plan table. If you are configuring a new number plan table, you can
enter the name of the new table here. If you are looking an existing number plan table, this field
is not editable.
1~16 This is the pattern / rule number. When the system checks a dialed number against the table, it
checks the patterns in numerical order from 1 ~ 16, so ordering is important.
