Creates a VDSL2 Impulse Noise Monitoring
profile. The parameters ending with “fe”
mean “far end” while those ending with “ne”
mean “near end”.
eim: equivalent INP mode, 0~3.
ccp: cluster continuation parameter, 0~64.
iato: inter arrival time offset for the IAT
anomaly generation, 3~511.
iats: inter arrival time step for the IAT
anomaly generation, 0~7.
isdb: ISDD sensitivity, -128~127 in units of
0.1dB (upstream only).
