This command creates and configures a SIP call service profile. The values of the default SIP call service profile
are as follows:

Select the method the system uses to process the flash signal from a user.

Relays flash by SIP INVITE signal.

Relays flash according to RFC 2833.

Relays flash in SIP INFO packets, but carried as RFC 2833 payload.

Sets whether or not to allow subscribers to call other subscribers if the system’s
connection to the SIP server is not available.
mwi =
Turns the message waiting indicator on or off.

Enable or disable the centrex operation to specify their user. Centrex user operation
provide different call features and different way to invoke these call features.
