091-313 CRUM ASIC Comm Fail

CRUM ASIC failure detected.
Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON. If it recovers, assume it was a malfunction such as exterior noise or
internal electric discharge noise.
2. Turn OFF the power and check the following connections for open circuits, short circuits, and poor
contacts.
• Between Xero CRUM Connector Assembly (Y) J105 and DRIVE PWB J407
• Between Xero CRUM Connector Assembly (M) J106 and DRIVE PWB J407
• Between Xero CRUM Connector Assembly (C) J107 and DRIVE PWB J407
• Between Xero CRUM Connector Assembly (K) J108 and DRIVE PWB J407
3. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence:
• Drum Cartridge (Y)(M)(C)(K) (PL 8.1)
• Xero CRUM Connector Assembly (Y)(M)(C)(K) (PL 8.2)
• DRIVE PWB (PL 18.2)
• ESS PWB (PL 18.2)
