Troubleshooting
Indicates that it is time to replace Deve HSG K.
Cause/Action
Prepare a new Deve Unit (K) as the replacement time of the Deve Unit (K) is approaching. In addition,
replace the Deve Unit (K) as necessary. (PL 5.1)
After replacing, enter CE Mode, go to Printer Diag > Parameter > Life > Deve HSG PV K and initialize the
Life Counter.
093-418 Deve HSG Y Life Over
BSD-ON:-
Indicates Deve HSG Y reached its usage limit. (Capable of Print operation)
Cause/Action
Replace the Deve Unit (Y). (PL 5.1)
After replacing, enter CE Mode, go to Printer Diag > Parameter > Life > Deve HSG PV Y and initialize the
Life Counter.
093-419 Deve HSG M Life Over

CRUM Connector Assembly (K) J104.
