117-315 EEPROM Driver Error
BSD-ON:-
EEPROM Driver program error.
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W.If the problem
cannot be solved, replace the ESS PWB. (PL 18.2)
117-331 IPS Error
BSD-ON:-
In relation to IPS, the following internal error has occurred.-OS function return value error-DSP program
load fail
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W.If the problem
cannot be solved, replace the ESS PWB. (PL 18.2)
117-340 Controller Error
BSD-ON:-
HOOK task error.
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W. If the problem
cannot be solved, replace the following parts in sequence.
• FAX PWB (PL 18.5)
• ESS PWB (PL 18.2)
117-344 Fax Error
BSD-ON:-
FLASHFILE task error.
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W. If the problem
cannot be solved, replace the following parts in sequence.
• FAX PWB (PL 18.5)
• ESS PWB (PL 18.2)
117-347 Billing Life Error
BSD-ON:CH3.4
Billing Counter Life Over.
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W.If the problem
cannot be solved, replace the printer.
117-350 Controller Error

Task initialization (start) error.
Cause/Action
Turn the power off and on to check that the error recurs. Then,update to the latest F/W.If the problem

117-361 IIT Parameter Verify NG

IIT registration adjustment value verification NG. (Checked only at production process)
