6. Remove the ESS PWB. (Figure 5)
(1) Remove the Screws (x8).
(2) Remove the ESS PWB.

Replacement
1. To install, carry out the removal steps in reverse order.
2. When replacing the ESS PWB, remove the SEEP ROM from
the old ESS PWB and replace with the new SEEP ROM of
ESS PWB. (Figure 6)

3. When connecting the FFC Cable (M, Y, K, C), insert the FFC
Cable straightly into the Connector Housing until you hear the
Lock sound. (Figure 7)

4. Note the following when connecting the FFC CD Cable. (Figure
8)
(1) When connecting the FFC Cable, insert the FFC Cable
straightly into the Connector Housing until you hear the
Lock sound.
(2) Check to see if the FFC Cable on the side that is not
inserted and removed is definitely connected.
