6.4.11.1 Printing function test operation procedure
Prints the specified pattern. If Jam or No Paper error occurs during the print, the machine will wait until it
is cleared.
NOTE: Do not pull out and reinsert the Cassette. This will cause the machine to be unable to print.
Before performing the test print, check that you have sufficient paper for the task.
Describes the steps to print a Grid2 ESS pattern as an example.
1. Enter the CE Mode. (Refer to "6.4.2 How to Enter the CE Mode")
2. Make sure [Printer Diag] is selected, and then press [OK] button.
3. Select the "Test Print" in the [Down arrow] button, and then press [OK] button.

4. Select "Grid2 ESS" in the [Down arrow] button, and then press [OK] button.

5. Press the [OK] button, and then print a test pattern.
• When the print has completed, it returns to the "Ready" screen.

6. Press the [<--] (Back) button to return to the [Printer Diag] screen.

7. Exit the CE mode. (See "6.4.4 How to Exit the CE Mode".)
