5. Remove the cover.
NOTE: Pass the control-panel cable and wire harness through the opening in the cover as it is
removed.

6. Optional step: If a replacement top cover is being installed, remove the output bin ap by exing the
center of the ap to release the right- and left-side hinge pins from the holes in the cover.
