 Trimmings buffer motor defective
 Motor connector loose, damaged, or defective
 Left trimmings buffer HP sensor defective
 Buffer full of trimmings
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the trimmings buffer motor.
 Replace the left trimmings buffer HP sensor.
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
 Clear the signature jam.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power OFF/ON.
