Major Cause
 Book rotation motor 1 (right) connector, loose, broken, defective
 Motor overloaded, obstructed, defective
 Book rotation HP sensor (right) connector loose, broken, defective
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the Book rotation motor 1 (right).
 Replace the book rotation HP sensor (right).
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
 Clear the signature jam.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
