Major Cause
 Signature jam occurred in the book lift tray
 Book registration sensor defective
 Connector loose, broken, defective
 Cutter control board defective
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the book registration sensor.
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the sensor harness.
 Clear the signature jam.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
