Major Cause
 Upper tray lift motor defective
 Upper tray low limit sensor defective
 Connector loose, damaged, or defective
 Inserter control board defective
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the upper tray lift motor.
 Replace the upper tray low limit sensor
 Replace the inserter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
