Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the drive switch motor.
 Replace the drive switch sensor
 Replace the inserter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
