PosAck Signal • As of scan system firmware 2001.
• PosAck Signal-capable SCANLAB scan systems,
for example, intelliSCAN
• Refers to the meaning of:
– Bit #12, Bit #4, Bit #11, Bit #3 of the XY2-100 status word
transferred with 16-bit protocol
– Bit #16, Bit #8, Bit #15, Bit #7 of the XY2-100 status word
transferred with 20-bit protocol
• These bits are set, if the position errors of x axis and y axis are in
the allowed range:
