Enables Touch Probe1. The rising edge and falling edge are enabled.
Turns on the Touch Probe1 enable status.
Turns on Touch Probe Signal (TPR1).
Turns on the Touch Probe1 positive edge stored status.
Sets the latched position feedback for Touch probe position1 positive value.
Turns off Touch Probe Signal (TPR1).
Turns on the Touch Probe1 negative edge stored status.
Sets the latched position feedback for Touch probe position1 negative value.
Turns off Sample positive edge. Rising edge detection is disabled.
Turns off Touch Probe1 positive edge stored status.
Touch probe position1 positive value does not change.
Turns on Sample positive edge. Rising edge detection is enabled.
Touch probe position1 positive value does not change.
Turns on Touch Probe Signal (TPR1).
Turns on the Touch Probe1 negative edge stored status.
Sets the latched position feedback for Touch probe position1 negative value.
Clears all the status Bit.
Touch probe position1 positive/negative value does not change.
(5) High-precision touch probe
Touch probe 2 supports high-precision touch probe. The normal touch probe has the latch function with
precision of 55 μs. On the other hand, the high-precision touch probe latches precisely startup of TPR2
(touch probe 2) with precision of 2 μs. To use the high-precision touch probe, set [Pr. PD37] to "_ _ _ 1".
While the high-precision touch probe is being used, the encoder pulse output function cannot be used.
The precision of falling edge is 55 μs in this case as well.
