9. Connect the wire harness. (Figure 6)
(1) Connect the wire harness.
(2) Fix Wire Harness with Clamp A in the kit.
(3) Fix Wire Harness with Clamp B in the kit.

NOTE: Please make sure that this Harness must be install properly.Otherwise, some print/copy
defect will occur. (Figure 7)

10. Remove the STM Connector Cover. (Figure 8)
(1) Remove the screw.
(2) Remove the STM Connector Cover.

11. Reinstall the Rear Cover that was removed in Step 6.
WARNING
[Platen Cover Type]: As the IOT is very heavy, make sure you have 3 or more persons (2 at
the left and 1 at the right) to perform the mounting.[DADF Type]: As the IOT is very heavy,
make sure you have 4 or more persons (2 at the left and 2 at the right) to perform the mount-
ing.
