6.8 Functions of the system monitor screen

• Change the output destination only after fully under-
standing the operation status of the system. It may
cause output of an image to the same host twice, or
may disable output to the image diagnosis host.

• To keep output reservations (queues) intentionally in
this device, set the output reservation to [OFF]. Delete
unwanted queues among the accumulated queues,
then switch the setting to [ON] so that only necessary
queues can be sent to the host.

The status of printers connected to this device can be
conrmed.

Number Name Functions
(1) Printer
The printer name, printer type and
error description
are displayed.
(2) Status
Printer IP address, port num-
ber, AE title, ping status, and
device condition are displayed.
(3) Ping button
Press to conrm the ping status.
(4) Route button
Press to conrm Route infor-
mation.

Number of
reserved images
The number of images not
sent to the printer is displayed.

Output switch
button
Switches between [ON] and [OFF]
of printer output. Outputs when
set to [ON], and does not output
to printer when set to [OFF] and
the output reservation (queue) will
remain in this device. Switches
between [ON] and [OFF] every
time the button is pressed.

Output reservations (queues)
remaining in this device are
displayed.

Select All

Clear All button
Deletes output reservations be-
ing displayed in the output res-
ervation list. Select a displayed
output reservation and press
[Delete] to delete. To delete all
output reservations, press [Se-
lect All] and then press [Delete].
When [Clear All] is pressed, the
selection is released.

To switch the output destination
to backup, select [Secondary].
[Secondary] is displayed only for
the number of connected devices.
