7.22.3 Display of long-sen-
tence pop-up screen
Use the long-sentence pop-up screen to check the
portion of the entry that exceeds the dimensions of
the display pane of the item or an entry that spreads
across multiple lines.

Press the long-sentence comment pop-up
button, [ ].
• The entry is displayed on the long-sentence
pop-up screen.

• You can use the user tool to set the items to be dis-
played along with the entry.

Press [Close].
• The long-sentence pop-up screen closes.
7.22.4 Screen hide function
When the [ ] icon is displayed in the leftmost posi-
tion of the application bar, you can hide the screen us-
ing a one-touch operation.

Press the date and time display on the ap-
plication bar.
• The screen display is hidden.

To return to the screen display, perform
an operation with the touch panel, mouse,
or keyboard.

• Before using a bar code reader or a magnetic card
reader, recover the screen display rst.
• Do not hide the screen display during exposure.
• If the Auto Checkup function is enabled, do not use
this function.
• When returning to the screen display, if the screen
saver is in operation, cancel the screen saver.
