Global Configuration Commands
Configures MAC access lists (goes to the MAC ACL mode)
For more information on this mode, see Chapter , Extended MAC ACL Instance.
Supported in the following platforms:
• RFS7000
• RFS6000
• RFS4000
Syntax
mac access-list extended <mac-acl-name>
Parameters
Usage Guidelines
To delete Standard/Extended and MAC ACL, use no access-list <access-list
name>
under the Global Config mode.
Example
RFSwitch(config)#mac access-list extended Test1
RFSwitch(config-ext-macl)#
access-list extended
<mac-acl-name>
Defines the ACL configuration for the MAC address
• extended <mac-acl-name>– MAC Extended ACL
• <mac-acl-name> – Defines the name of the ACL
NOTE: When using the
ip access-list parameter, enter the
following contexts:
• ext-macl — extended MAC ACL. For more details see.Extended MAC
ACL Instance on page 17-1
