Modifies message logging facilities

Syntax
logging [aggregation-time|buffered|cli-commands|console|
facility|host|monitor|on|snmp-set|syslog]
logging aggregation-time <1-60>
logging [buffered|console|monitor|syslog] [<0-7>|alerts|
critical|debugging|emergencies|errors|informational|
notifications|warnings]
logging facility [local0|local1|local2|local3|local4|local5|
local6|local7]
logging host <IP>

Parameters
aggregation-time <1-60> Sets the number of seconds for aggregating repeated
messages. The value can be configured between 1-60
seconds.
