5.1.2 BONNET
1. After open the bonnet (1) and disconnect the con-
nector (2), remove the bolts and the bonnet.
2. Remove the side cover (LH/RH) (3).
3. Disconnect the battery terminal (-) (4).
(For assembly)
When connect the battery terminal (-), apply a little of
grease to it.

5.1.3 INSTRUMENT PANEL
1. Remove the steering wheel (1).
2. Remove the parking brake lever grip (2) and the
speed set lever grip (3).
3. Remove the transmission cover (4). (CK22)
4. Remove the instrument panel cover (down) (5).
5. Remove the engine stop wire & rotation cable from
the engine side.
6. Remove the bolt and raise the instrument panel
assembly (6) up slowly.
Disconnect the connectors at 5 points and remove
the instrument panel by pulling the wires.
5.1.4 POWER STEERING UNIT
1. Disconnect the steering hose assembly (1) (L.R.P).
2. Disconnect the band.
3. Remove the mounting bolts in the power steering
unit (2) and remove the steering hose T and then
remove the power steering unit assembly slowly.
