5.1.8 DISASSEMBLING ENGINE &
CLUTCH HOUSING
1. Disconnect the brake rod (RH/LH).
2. Remove the HST control bar.
3. Disconnect the bonnet wiring and the battery termi-
nal (+).
4. Place the jack to the bottom of the clutch housing.
5. Raise the engine and support the clutch housing.
6. Remove the starting motor, bolts & nuts and then
remove the engine by pulling it slowly.
(When reassembling)
• Apply grease to the splines.
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1,208D or equivalent)
to joint face of the engine and clutch housing.

5.1.7 HYDRAULIC PIPES
1. Remove the suction pipe 3 (1), hydraulic pipe (3),
cooling pipe 4 (2), fuel pipe 2 (4), fuel pipe 3 (6) and
cooling pipe 3 (5).
(When reassembling)
• Make sure to clamp connecting rubber pipe of in-
take pipe to prevent air entered.
• Apply hydraulic pipe connecting O-ring with grease
and take a precaution not to be damage.
