5.1.8 DISASSEMBLING ENGINE &
CLUTCH HOUSING
1. Disconnect the brake rod (RH/LH).
2. Remove the HST control bar.
3. Disconnect the bonnet wiring and the battery termi-
nal (+).
4. Place the jack to the bottom of the clutch housing.
5. Raise the engine and support the clutch housing.
6. Remove the starting motor, bolts & nuts and then
remove the engine by pulling it slowly.
(When reassembling)
Apply grease to the splines.
Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1,208D or equivalent)
to joint face of the engine and clutch housing.

5.1.7 HYDRAULIC PIPES
1. Remove the suction pipe 3 (1), hydraulic pipe (3),
cooling pipe 4 (2), fuel pipe 2 (4), fuel pipe 3 (6) and
cooling pipe 3 (5).
(When reassembling)
Make sure to clamp connecting rubber pipe of in-
take pipe to prevent air entered.
Apply hydraulic pipe connecting O-ring with grease
and take a precaution not to be damage.
